Andrew Gough: I’m a Type 1 Diabetic as well as a cyclist and a Dad to 2 daughters. My aim in this blog is to provide a resource for people who, like me 13 years ago, receive a diagnosis of Type 1 and suddenly question whether they will be able to continue to enjoy everything that they have previously taken for granted. The answer is most definitely “yes!”, hopefully these pages will provide some comfort and assurance.
